Baija is a sought-after and niche brand, a perfect representation of the elegance, refinement and care for details typically French. Against this background, the starting point of the intervention was the study of a very feminine look & feel, which could visually represent the essence of the brand, the variety of fragrances proposed and it’s able to make every product reference unique

Flowers, fruits and spices combined together, as the real distinguishing feature of the brand, were key elements of the website and user experience design, aimed at offering an almost sensorial experience.

The project continued with the drafting and revision of content in SEO perspective, to improve the positioning in search engines for the Italian market and to ensure relevant organic traffic to the new site.

For the technical development of the project, we choose Prestashop, an e-commerce specialized content management system, very versatile, open source, with extensive features and large possibilities in terms of customization.
Once the technological platform was chosen, we developed a custom theme, tailor made for the customer's brand identity and for the specific needs of the brand's users.

Great attention has been paid to the user experience, ensuring the most intuitive product navigation and the minimum user's effort to arrive at the final checkout. High conversion rates and low cart abandonment rates were the results of the above intervention.

RESULTS
